Im still not in e 'back-to-sch mood'....
i wan nike-human race !
Jogging used to be e MOST..."NO" thing for me...until one day i realise that my
stamina is kind of a joke...so i push myself to going jogging...JUST to prove myself i can do it...
then not long after..i realise i cant stop thinking of going for a jog espacially when there is still energy left in me at e end of e day... ALSO it can...

1) kick away my grumpiness..at least a little is still good...
2) DE STRESS
3) Keep FIT ??
4) and still de-stress.....
